This privacy notice supplements the Linkroom Privacy Policy available at https://linkroom.com/privacy-
policy (“VIP Fan Experience Privacy Notice” or “Supplement”) which describes the personal data that
Linkroom LLC (“Linkroom”, the “Company”, “our”, “us”) may collect and/or process about you to
provide you with access to its Services. Linkroom services are made available through a collaboration
and communications hub, which features include in-session video streaming, events and meetings
(“Sessions”) held in and through one or more three dimensional (3D) virtual meeting or event rooms or
spaces (“Rooms”), through, among other things, our proprietary technology, software and platform,
including our website available at www.linkroom.com (the “Website”) and mobile services application
(the “Mobile Application”) owned by Linkroom and used by you in connection with products and
services provided by Linkroom (collectively, the “Services”). This Supplement applies to your use of
Linkroom’s VIP Fan Experience product which is a part of the Services and may be available to you
subject to additional terms. The VIP Fan Experience is a unique opportunity where Guests have a
meeting with a VIP (such as a celebrity, athlete or other person of interest) offered through the Services.
Your use of the VIP Fan Experience, including, without limitation, the Website or Mobile Application, is
also governed by our Terms of Use available at https://linkroom.com/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”) and
the Community Standards and Rules provided on the VIP Fan Experience subplatform associated with
the Session or Sessions you attend (the “Community Standards”). Capitalized terms used but not
defined in this Supplement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
All information we collect related to the Services and the VIP Fan Experience is subject to our Privacy
Policy available at https://linkroom.com/privacy-policy, which incorporates by reference this
Supplement and such other notices or supplements provided on the VIP Fan Experience sub-platform
associated with the User’s use, access or participation of or with the VIP Fan Experience or the Session
or Sessions the User attends (collectively, the “Privacy Policy”). If there is a conflict among the Privacy
Policy available at https://linkroom.com/privacy-policy, this Supplement or a notice or supplement
provided on the VIP Fan Experience sub-platform associated with the User’s use, access or participation
of or with the VIP Fan Experience or the Session or Sessions the User attends, the following order of
precedence applies: (i) the notice or supplement provided on the VIP Fan Experience sub-platform
associated with the User’s use, access or participation of or with the VIP Fan Experience or the Session
or Sessions the User attends, (ii) this Supplement, and (iii) the Privacy Policy available at
https://linkroom.com/privacy-policy.
By using these Services, you consent to all actions taken by Linkroom with respect to your information
which are in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Geography and Age Restrictions
This Privacy Policy is for United States based users of our Services only. Our Services are not intended
for anyone under the age of 18. We do not currently intend to offer our Services to users outside the
United States, or to minors.
Data Protection and Privacy
The privacy of Users of our Services is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use,
and protect the information we collect from or about you. By using the Services, you understand and
acknowledge that how we are handling your personal data is in our Privacy Policy and this Supplement
and you agree that you have read and understand each privacy statement. Our use, disclosure, license,
and other interaction with the User Contributions and other content is also governed by the Privacy
Policy and this Supplement. We use commercially reasonable efforts to employ security measures in
accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that any security measures may be vulnerable to
unauthorized access or use notwithstanding Linkroom’s efforts. In consideration of our provision of the
Services, you accept the full risk of any security failures.
Information Collected From and About You
Information You Submit to Linkroom.
To use the Services you will need to create an account with Linkroom. When creating your account, we
may collect personal information including, without limitation, your name, your email address, your
telephone number and your contacts.
In addition to the information described above, we may also collect: (i) information you provide to
participate in the VIP Fan Experience, including your photograph and signature for incorporation into a
memento keepsake ; (ii) information you provide during the VIP Fan Experience (the experience is
recorded); (iii) information you provide when you report a problem with the Services; (iv) records and
copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us; (v) your responses to
surveys or promotions we may ask you to voluntarily complete; and (vi) any other information you
submit to us or which is included in any of your submissions to us or on the Services.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Collection Technologies
Some information is automatically received and sometimes collected from you when you use the
Services. This information may include information such as the following: (i) the name of the domain
and host from which you access the Internet, including the Internet protocol (IP) address of the device
you are using and the IP address of your internet service provider; (ii) the type and version of Internet
browser software or application you use and your operating system; (iii) the date and time you access
the Services; (iv) the length of your stay on the Services; (v) information about your device, including the
device’s unique device identifier, mobile network information and device’s telephone number; and (vi)
demographic information and the languages used by the computer or mobile device. We may also
collect general, non-identifying statistical information in connection with the use of the Services. With
the exception of the IP address, this information is not personal information and cannot be used to
individually identify you.
We use this information to monitor the usage of the Services, assess performance, ensure technological
compatibility with your device, and understand the relative importance of the information provided on
the Services. We may also use this data to conduct statistical analyses on usage patterns.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies and similar technology
such as a web-beacon (collectively, “cookies”), which are strings of information that can be stored on a
user’s device and is used to recognize you upon return to the Services or this webpage. We use this type
of technology to help us track how the Services is being used and interacted with, provide for
preferences and improve service going forward. The cookies may be either session (only during your
current session) and persistent (remains with you beyond current session). Visitors of the Website who

Use of Your Personal Data
In addition to the uses described in the Privacy Policy, we may use your contact information to contact
you about other Linkroom VIP promotions or events. If you do not wish to receive promotional
material, you may opt-out by using the “Unsubscribe” feature at the bottom of any Linkroom e-mail
message to support@linkroom.com. We may use your quotes and responses to surveys (and attribute
them to you) and photographs or images that you share for the VIP Fan Experience memento keepsake
in future Linkroom promotional or other commercial activities.
